Cookie Policy
Last updated: February 12, 2026
This policy explains how Creativeagencupr LLC uses cookies and similar technologies, and how it integrates with Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files the browser stores when you visit a website. They remember preferences, improve performance and, in some cases, show relevant ads.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Necessary (always on): security, session, forms. Functional: language and interface preferences. Analytics: help us understand how you use the site (controlled by 'analytics_storage'). Advertising: campaign measurement and personalization (controlled by 'ad_storage', 'ad_user_data', 'ad_personalization').
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. Before any Google script loads, all consents are initialized as 'denied'. They are only enabled if you explicitly authorize them in the banner. If you reject, scripts may still load in aggregated signaling mode without identification cookies. We also enable 'ads_data_redaction' and 'url_passthrough' to reduce tracking when consent is missing.
4. Where we store your choice
We save your preferences in the browser local storage under the key 'cap_consent_v2'. If you clear your browser data, the banner will be shown again.
5. How to change your preferences
You can change your choice anytime from the 'Manage cookies' button in the footer or by clearing the site data in your browser.
6. Third parties
Only Google (Ads / Analytics) may receive data, and only if you have consented to the relevant category. We do not share data with social networks or data brokers.
