By using this site or hiring Creativeagencupr LLC's services, you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of the service
Creativeagencupr LLC offers private administrative and financial consulting services. We assist clients with the preparation, filing and follow-up of applications before government agencies, but we do not guarantee approval of any aid; the final decision belongs to the corresponding agency.
2. Eligibility to use the site
The site is intended for residents of Puerto Rico and the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using it, you declare that the information you share is truthful and your own.
3. Fees
The initial consultation and the eligibility audit are free. If you decide to hire file preparation, we will deliver in writing the scope, deliverables and fees before any work starts. We do not charge contingent commissions on public funds when such fees are prohibited by applicable law.
4. Client obligations
The client commits to providing truthful, complete and timely information, to notify changes in their situation and to respond within reasonable timeframes to the consultant's requests.
5. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Creativeagencupr LLC's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for services rendered in the last twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or opportunity.
6. Intellectual property
All content, logos, texts, images and forms on the site are the property of Creativeagencupr LLC or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a contracted service within 72 hours after signing the agreement and receive a full refund, unless the service has already been completed.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
