At Creativeagencupr LLC we treat your personal information with the seriousness and confidentiality it deserves. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and what control you have over it.
1. Who we are
Creativeagencupr LLC is a private consulting firm based in San Juan, Puerto Rico (registry No. 487922-LLC). We are not a government agency; we help families and small businesses navigate state, federal and recovery assistance programs responsibly.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the information needed to deliver the service: name, email, phone, message from the form, and basic technical data from your browser (language, device, pages visited). If you decide to hire us, we may request copies of tax returns, ID and agency letters — always with your explicit consent.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to: (a) respond to your inquiry; (b) prepare and file files before agencies such as Hacienda, FEMA, HUD or USDA; (c) comply with legal obligations; (d) improve the quality of the website and the service. We do not sell your information to third parties under any circumstances.
4. Legal basis for processing
Our processing is based on your consent, performance of a service contract and, where applicable, legal obligations under Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws (including, where relevant, the GLBA and FTC Act).
5. Cookies and analytics tools
We apply Google Consent Mode v2 with all preferences set to 'denied' by default. We only enable analytics or advertising if you give explicit consent in the banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required (typically up to 7 years for tax-related documents).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, as well as to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@creativeagencupr.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access control, multifactor authentication on internal tools and annual security audits. No system is 100% safe, but we work to minimize risks.
9. Minors
The site is not directed to people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware of such collection, contact us to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish any material changes with at least 14 days notice on this page.
